GRUMETI RIVER CAMP


Grumeti River camp is located in the remote valley in the western corridor of the Serengeti National Park and overlooks a by-water of the Grumeti River where wildebeest plunge though the waters on their annual migration, offering a comfortable haven from which to experience the wild pulse of Africa.
The camp is just 50km east of Lake Victoria.

KIRAWIRA SERENA CAMP


Kirawira Camp is the epitome of colonially-styled safari luxury. Designed in typically Edwardian style, Kirawira tented camp is the ultimate classic safari camp.

The camp stands high on the bluff of a bush-cloaked ridge, commanding panoramic views over the endlessly rolling reaches and volcanic reefs of the Serengeti National Park.

NDASIATA MIGRATION CAMP


Migration Camp is hidden amongst the rocky outcrops or kopjes in Northern Serengeti. It is located 395 km North West of Arusha, eight and a half hours by road or fifty minutes flight time to Lobo airstrip, with an airstrip transfer of forty minutes. Transfer from the Seronera airstrip is a two to three hour drive.

Twenty lavish and spacious tents on wooden decks with either king or twin beds, comfortable leather armchairs, coffee and writing tables. The tents are en-suite with showers and double vanities, surrounded by a verandah with rocking chairs. The reception is charmingly incorporated into the main lounge area, with comfortable leather couches and tastefully decorated to blend in with the surroundings, facing the swimming pool and the tents below. The dining area is on a separate deck where one can dine under the stars or under canvas, depending on the weather, with beautiful views of the Ndasiata Hills and the Grumeti River.

MBALAGETI TENTED CAMP


Mbalageti Serengeti Camp lies in the western corridor of the Serengeti National Park, at Mwamyeni hill and enjoys spectacular sunsets and views over the endless plains and the Mbalageti River, after which the camp is named. Luxuriously appointed, Mbalageti Serengeti Camp offers a high level of comfort and spectacular surroundings. Located on the banks of a river which can be subject to seasonal floods, the camp also boasts its own private swing bridge.

The vast and rolling Serengeti is also the venue for ëthe greatest wildlife show on earth' the annual migration of over one million wildebeest and their attendant cast of herbivores and predators.

When on safari in Tanzania, the traditional luxury safari camp offers a selection of canvas-sided safari tents, usually with thatched roofs, often raised on a timber platform with private veranda. Usually, the luxury safari tents feature comfortable double or single beds with mosquito netting, electric lighting (generator or solar powered) and luxury en-suite safari bathrooms (flushed WC, hot and cold running water, shower and vanity unit).

The Serengeti is 200 km west of Arusha, Tanzania: the park's northern boundary abuts with the Kenya border; its western boundary reaches Lake Victoria, Tanzania. The Mbalageti Serengeti Camp is located in the Western corridor of the Serengeti National Park and is accessed either via the Mwanza-Musoma highway, through the Ndabaka gate (1. 5hrs) or from Arusha, via the Naabi gate (3 hrs)

The vast and sensational Serengeti, covering 14,763 sq km of endlessly rolling savannah plains, is Tanzania's first-established, largest and most famous park wherein tens of thousands of wildebeest and other hoofed animals roam in a constant and unremitting search for the fresh grasslands upon which their survival depends.
The million-plus wildebeest are the predominant herbivore and also the main prey of a huge cast of large carnivores, principally lion and hyena. Whilst the annual wildebeest migration is the Serengeti's most famous attraction, the Park is also renowned for its lion, many of which have been fitted with radio-transmitter collars so that their movements may be tracked, and additionally for its wealth of cheetah, zebra, giraffe, Thomson's and Grant's gazelle, eland, impala, klipspringer, hippo and warthog.

This luxury Serengeti safari showcases wildebeest, zebra, Thomson's gazelle, lion, spotted hyena, hunting dog, cheetah, black rhino, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, topi, eland, jackal and otter. Birds: over 350 recorded species including 34 raptors.

Mbalageti Serengeti Camp offers 26 luxury tented chalets, 14 lodge rooms and suites, which are widely spaced so as to ensure optimum privacy and exclusivity. Located on either side of Mwamyeni Hill, each chalet enjoys either a stunning sunset or sunrise. Presented with a modern and stylish feel, The Mbalageti Serengeti Camp has been made using local materials from within the area and each chalet has its own traditional palm-thatched roof.
The standard of interior dÈcor is high. Each chalet offers; private veranda, en-suite bathroom (with all facilities), electronic safe, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, generator electricity, free internet access and wake-up calls. Provision for physically challenged guests is offered.

The central restaurant, bar and lounge area are delightfully presented and offer both a la carte, buffet and African-themed meals. KUSINI CAMP


Kusini Camp is set in in a remote area of Serengeti National park close to the path of the annual wildebeest migration, where it nestles in a group of Kopjes. The camp is approximately 45 minutes flying time from Arusha to its private airstrip

Recreation:

Kusini Camp consists of 12 en-suite tents with wooden terraces . Each tent has en-suite facilities with hot and cold running water and private verandahs . The dining area, lounge and library are housed in the main public area, which affords spectacular views from its
wooden deck.

MBUZI MAWE CAMP


Mbuzi Mawe is Swahili for Klipspringer, a perfect description for this camp which nestles among 3 million year old granite towers that this animal so favors. The camp lies North East of Serengeti, near Lobo, about 45 kms from Central Serengeti, 390kms (8-10 hours drive) from Arusha on dry weather road , 60 minutes flight from Arusha Airport to Seronera Airstrip and a further 90 minutes drive to the camp.

Recreation:
Mbuzi Mawe consnsists of 16 superbly luxurious tents each with ceiling fans, 2 queen beds, mosquito nets and hair dryers and are accessible for the disabled. A bar and boutique are fashioned from rope-lashed hardwoods to the rear of the lounge a and beyond them a rock-hewn stairway leads to a classically styled dining tent with views over the sun-blazed plains.
